We are embarking on several phases of communications to volunteers at the club, as we need to get previously exempt club roles added to the DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checking service.

We are starting with those that work poolside first and then in subsequent phases we'll liaise with those who may have or need access to membership data to undertake their roles, eg: Team Managers and Management Committee.

You will receive an email from the Swim England Online Disclosure Service asking you to create a login and securely submit three forms of identification.  Once the key details have been submitted we would be grateful if you could provide the originals to Steve Boocock and James Muir (Welfare Managers at the club) for them to witness.  They will then update the record before it goes off to DBS for vetting.  Once with DBS it can take up to 8 weeks for the checks to progress and a certificate returned to you.

Once you have received your certificate, please take a photo of it and send it to: [email protected] and we can get it added to your membership record in Swim Club Manager.  Your co-operation is very much appreciated.
