Information for New Members

To validate the club's insurance all swimmers need to be registered with our governing body Swim England. 

The following form needs to be completed by all swimmers and poolside volunteers. Swimmers should tick Category 1. Poolside volunteers should tick Category 3

Swim England Category 1 and 3 Registration Form

Swimmers who will be competing in open meets and county level or above events will need be Category 2 members and should complete this form

Swim England Category 2 Registration Form

Completed forms should be emailed to [email protected] or handed to one of the coaches.
