As with most amateur sports clubs, Bradford on Avon ASC has a tremendous reliance on its members to fulfil volunteering roles that ensure the continued operation of the club and the delivery of swimming and water polo to Bradford on Avon and the surrounding areas. Roles are available in a host of different areas: management committee, poolside volunteers, coaches, teachers, officials, social, fundraising, supplier management and many others.

There is a varying degree of time required to undertake any of these roles. In many cases it's a question of how much you're willing to put in, although some do require a larger commitment. Many roles can be done poolside while watching your children train!
